Assessment FREE |
Moving Matters offer a no obligation free initial assessment so that we can discuss your ideas and requirements to help you do just that. An initial assessment is a basic review of the property to determine what requirements are necessary. At this stage there is no diagnosis or remedies for problem areas, rather an overall guide to decide what work is required. |

Consultation £50 |
A consultation can give the seller clear direction as to what action to take concerning different areas of the home. We can discuss the best value options to improve the sales potential and the selling price of the home. Colour schemes, layout of rooms, position of furniture, re-decoration, presentation of rooms and cleaning are all areas that helpful suggestions can be made. |

De-Cluttering £20 |
Support is offered on how to reclaim space by de-cluttering. Advice is also given on recycling, storage and moving any unwanted furniture and effects. |

Design Report £45 |
Detailed report that aims to assess the property and to review it through the eyes of potential buyers. Observation and recommendations of remedial actions will be suggested that will result in maximising the value of the property and speed of sale. The report will cover; profile of your street, street house prices and the target market. |

Action Plan £40 |
Moving Matters can provide a step by step plan to enable the seller to carry out the work themselves. |

Mood Board £30 |
A mood board is a visual interpretation of the clients requirements and will be presented for the client to keep. Different pictures and samples can be gathered of furniture, lighting, wall and floor treatments to give an ideal of how they look together. |
